key global skills to enable your workforce

Beyond Language - Developing key global skills to enable your workforce

Competitive advantage and business growth is no longer just about building the best mousetrap. It’s about customer experience, business relationships, and making the most of your most critical asset - your employees.

Business and soft skill development is critical for organisations, particularly those teams that work with colleagues, customers, or partners in other countries. The challenge is that most of the training and education that employees receive doesn’t enable key soft skills like effective communication and cross-cultural understanding.

This is a seminar and active learning workshop for human resources, department heads, and line managers who want to enable their organisations to succeed globally.

Featuring keynote presentations from Michael Stott, LatAm Editor of the Financial Times and Debra Marsh, Director of Learning Design and Teacher Management of Excedo, you will learn about strategies that will help your team become better global business communicators to lead and succeed internationally. For more information, please see the Agenda page.
